CONDITIONS OF BOOKING
Rooms to be vacated by 10.00am on day of departure


Accounts to be paid in full on arrival in the event of any cancellation 7 days  notice is required, should the accommodation not be relet, the lead person making the booking will be liable to pay the total cost, as per reservation. Deposits are non refundable


If payment has been made using a credit or debit card, then any cancellation will also be made on the same account number by the proprietor. The card holder will be notified of any such transaction.


The proprietor reserve the right to amend curtail or terminate any contract, should the conduct of any person cause any detriment to the hotel or well being of others.


The proprietor cannot accept responsibility for loss of property
All accommodation is offered subject to availability at the time of registration, and at the quoted tariffs.


Meal times are pre-arranged and no allowances can be made for meals not taken.


By booking this holiday you have entered into a legally binding contract with this establishment, under the terms and conditions as detailed above, It is recommended that you take out holiday insurance for your own protection.
